CSE constructed the Moss Landing marina for Moss Landing One, LLC in the town of Washington, NC on the Pamlico River. Moss Landing boasts:

- Floating Docks
- Steel Pipe Pile Mooring Systems
- Timber Access Piers
Plannng, permitting, and construction for Moss Landing took place began in 2008 and were completed in 2009.
