Washington, NC Waterfront Promenade and Marina
CSE constructed this marina for the town of Washington, North Carolina on the Pamlico River. It is constructed and operational, with:
- 48 wet slips 35 to 80 feet
- 2000 linear foot rehabilitated bulkhead and waterfront promenade
- wastewater disposal systems
- marine power systems
- fixed timber docks
- ferry landing dock
This marina was constructed in a Flood Hazard Area.
